How do I place an Order?

Simply add all the products to your shopping cart and click on the checkout button. From there, review your order and choose a shipping method. Continue to the next page and choose a payment method. Once you place your order and receive a confirmation email from Verydrone, you are all finished!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not. You can checkout as a guest but you will not have the ability to track your order nor view your previous orders with Verydrone.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact Verydrone to obtain a return merchant authorization number (RMA#), before shipping your order back. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell as new. The products we sell are complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. Our 10 day money back guarantee ensures that the customer will receive the cost of the sale minus original cost of round trip shipping and a 5% cancellation fee as long as the product has not been used, flown, or opened. If the original packaging has been opened, then the buyer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All original parts must be contained in box.

Shipping Information

It’s simple: your order will be shipped the same business day as long as it is placed before 2PM EST and products are in stock. FREE Shipping applies to select products over $499 only and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States. Once your order is placed you can track the progress of your package by using the tracking number that is provided upon shipping your order. Customers will be notified via phone or email if order-shipping delays, on our end, are encountered. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Verydrone reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and a 5% cancellation fee to the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Once your order is received, please check the package content thoroughly. Claims for missing or incorrect item(s) must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please refuse the delivery if there is extensive damage to the package and promptly contact customer support for further instructions.

International Shipping

To Opt for International shipping just just click on International Checkout at checkout rather than regular checkout. When you prepay duties and taxes at the time of purchase, the amount of duties and taxes charged is guaranteed – This means that you will not be charged duties when you receive your order as you have already prepaid them. You authorize the shipper to act as a customs broker with the Customs and Revenue department in your local country to clear merchandise. Duties and taxes will automatically be charged to your order at checkout unless you opt out and choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. If you choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery you will be responsible for any related charges when your order arrives in your country and contacted by the carrier to arrange payment.
