It’s simple: your order will be shipped the same day as long as it is placed before 11am EST and products are in stock. FREE Shipping applies to select products only and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States. Once your order is placed you can track the progress of your package by using the tracking number that is provided upon shipping your order. Customers will be notified via phone or email if order-shipping delays, on our end, are encountered. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Verydrone reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Once your order is received, please check the package content thoroughly. Claims for missing or incorrect item(s) must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please refuse the delivery if there is extensive damage to the package and promptly contact customer support for further instructions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! We work with various shipping companies to ensure our customers receive the best international shipping rates. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Email us to get specific rate quotes.

Returns

Please contact Verydrone to obtain a return merchant authorization number (RMA#), before shipping your order back. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell as new. The products we sell are complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. Our 10 days money back guarantee ensures that the customer will receive the cost of the sale minus original cost of shipping as long as the product has not been used, flown, or opened. If the original packaging has been opened, then the buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All original parts must be contained in box.
