All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

The collective work includes works that are licensed to Verydrone. Copyright 2017, Verydrone ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Verydrone or purchasing Verydrone products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Verydrone or to purchase Verydrone products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Verydrone. Warranty
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, beside manufacturer warranty. Installation of range extender on the drone’s remote controller may void manufacturer’s warranty. Verydrone does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Verydrone does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
Verydrone shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Verydrone has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Verydrone product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Verydrone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Verydrone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Verydrone shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Pre-order cancellation
Should you want to cancel your pre-order for any reasons, Verydrone will charge you a 5% processing fee for costs we incur related to processing and issue the rest of the credit to your payment method.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Verydrone without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Verydrone may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Verydrone.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Verydrone products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Browar County, Florida. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Verydrone products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Verydrone’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Verydrone may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Verydrone or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Verydrone does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Verydrone is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Verydrone reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Verydrone in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verydrone, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Verydrone may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Verydrone, Verydrone has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Verydrone. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Verydrone seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Store
Any store credit will expire within 30 days from the date it was provided to the customer. Store credit must be used for a purchase within 30 days or will be deactivated. Any repairs left at the store for a period of over 30 days without any notifications given to us will be donated to our after-school drone program.
Shipping and returns
It’s simple: your order will be shipped the same business day as long as it is placed before 2PM EST and products are in stock. FREE Shipping applies to select products over $499 only and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States. Once your order is placed you can track the progress of your package by using the tracking number that is provided upon shipping your order.Customers will be notified via phone or email if order-shipping delays, on our end, are encountered. Verydrone ships orders without any shipping insurance through the shipping company. If you would like to add an insurance to the package please contact us. We cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier (UPS and FedEx) will not damage or lose your product. We also cannot guarantee that once the carrier delivers your product, it will not be stolen or damaged. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any damage or loss, and once the carrier delivers your product to the address you provided, you assume all responsibility for the product’s safety. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Verydrone reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and a 5% cancellation fee to the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Once your order is received, please check the package content thoroughly. Claims for missing or incorrect item(s) must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please refuse the delivery if there is extensive damage to the package and promptly contact customer support for further instructions.
To Opt for International shipping just just click on International Checkout at checkout rather than regular checkout. You will be redirected to GlobalShopex, a trusted partner of verydrone.com, happy to provide you a hassle free and transparent shipping experience. When you prepay duties and taxes at the time of purchase, the amount of duties and taxes charged is guaranteed – This means that you will not be charged duties when you receive your order as you have already prepaid them. You authorize the shipper to act as a customs broker with the Customs and Revenue department in your local country to clear merchandise. Duties and taxes will automatically be charged to your order at checkout unless you opt out and choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. If you choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery you will be responsible for any related charges when your order arrives in your country and contacted by the carrier to arrange payment.
Please contact Verydrone to obtain a return merchant authorization number (RMA#), before shipping your order back. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell as new. The products we sell are complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. Our 10 day money back guarantee ensures that the customer will receive the cost of the sale minus original cost of round trip shipping and a 5% cancellation fee for costs we incur related to processing, as long as the product has not been used, flown, or opened. If the original packaging has been opened, then the buyer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as the cost of round trip shipping. All original parts must be contained in box. Some of our bundles includes range extender that requires custom installation on the remote, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for this bundle once installation has started.
Verydrone’s 30 days Rotor-to-Rotor Crash Warranty
Our 30 day rotor-to-rotor warranty only covers NEW DJI and Yuneec products purchased through Verydrone. The warranty starts upon delivery to customer and will end 30 days after this date. The customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our facility. The warranty only covers the cost of labor and does not cover the price of any parts that need to be replaced. The customer will have to pay for the retail price of parts. The warranty does not cover fly away, fire or water damages. The warranty can only be used once during the 30 day period. Once the 30 day period is reached or the warranty is used, whichever comes first, your warranty will expire. If our repair technicians deem that your drone is damaged beyond repair we will offer you a 5% discount if you would like to purchase a new drone at Verydrone. If you do not want to use this offer you will have to pay return shipping for the damaged drone within 30 days. If shipping payment is not received within 30 days your drone will become property of Verydrone.
